How can I prevent my eyes from burning with mascara?
Everytime I apply mascara, by the end of the day my eyes start to BURN LIKE HELL. It’s like the mascaras getting into my eye or something. When I laugh, my eyes tear up and I guess it blends with the mascara and gets into my eye but sometimes when I don’t event ear up it burns. And it’s not the mascara because I’ve tried like 4 different brands and types. Any tips? Thanks!
It probably IS the mascara. Look for a good hypo-allergenic brand. (Neutrogena makes one that’s pretty gentle, and so does Mary Kay.) Also, avoid waterproof mascaras, because they seem to contain more irritants than other mascaras. Last of all, mascara can harbor bacteria. Keep your mascara wand as clean as possible, and replace your mascara AT LEAST every six months, even if you haven’t used it all.
Get waterproof mascara.. and try different brands (even though you have been aha)..

most likely you extended the lashes out too far. how that happens is you put so much mascara on that its too long and when you close your eyes some of the mascara can fall out and land in your eye causing it to tear up. you also tend to blink more when you are laughing, which is probably the reason why this happens more often when you are laughing
hope i helped =D

Your mascara isn’t supposed to do that at the end of the day. It sounds like you’re either allergic to whatever formula is in it, or you’re using expired mascara. I suggest you look into hypoallergenic makeup products.

try not to put it on too close to the eye and try not to blink when putting it on because this can sometimes get mascara into your eye
hop this helped (: x

Have you tried a Waterproof mascara, one that is Hypo Allergenic, meaning you have an allergy to certain types …it depends upon the brands..I’ve found that all brands are different, definitely Do Not let anyone use your mascara, and always keep top tight once you have used it.
If you have used a waterproof and or hypo allergenic brand of mascara and you still have problems than it is time to see a Doctor preferably an Ophthalmologist or your family Doctor will do.
